How a customer reaches a prize in each kind, with worked numbers.

Each kind reaches a prize differently. Understand them before you choose, because this is what your customer feels at the counter.
Stamps with no ladder: the punch card
One stamp per qualifying visit, whatever the amount. When «عدد الأختام للجائزة» fills, a prize called «مكافأة» is banked and the card starts again. Example: a card of 6, the customer has 5 and comes on a double day (×2): 7, so one prize banked and one stamp on the new card.
Stamps with a prize ladder
The balance keeps growing and nothing is banked by itself. The customer picks a prize and its cost comes off. Example: prizes at 6, 8 and 12 stamps, and 14 on the card: take the 12 and keep 2, or take the 6 and keep 8, then the 8 and reach zero. The card tells them how many stamps are left.
Points
Points = the bill × «نقاط لكل ريال» (points per riyal). Any prize costing no more than the balance can be taken, and its cost comes off. Example: 128 points, take a prize at 120, keep 8.
Cashback
A share of the bill comes back as riyals on the customer's card, to pay with next time. Example: 5% of a 200 riyal bill = 10 riyals on their card.
The difference in one line
The same coffee two ways: at 6 stamps it is 6 qualifying visits of any size. At 120 points with one point per riyal it is 120 riyals of net spend. Stamps reward coming back; points reward spending.
Fractions are not lost
Multipliers and tiers produce fractions, and each customer carries theirs to the next visit. A factor of 1.5 on stamps gives 1, then 2, then 1, then 2. A bill of 87.50 gives 87 points and keeps a half; the next bill of 40.50 gives 41.
What part of the bill counts
At the point of sale, the net after discounts and before VAT counts. Prizes, bundle units, paid Pre-Order items and the service charge earn nothing, and a bill paid entirely with prizes earns nothing.
Multipliers
«أيام مضاعفة» (double days) from 1.1 to 5, and the tier factor from 1 to 3, multiplied together.
