Three limits protect the programme from abuse and from mistakes. All three sit under «Advanced», and on all three zero means no limit.
In the Aloke Owners app, open «Loyalty programme» from the home screen, then «Programme basics». (iPhone and iPad, Android)«Programme basics»: the switch, and how customers collect.

Minimum qualifying bill
From 0 to 1000 riyals. A bill under this earns NOTHING. The system refuses and tells your cashier why, in words: below the minimum. There is no half stamp and no fraction stored. Zero means any amount counts.
Daily earning cap
From 0 to 50. It caps the whole DAY, not one bill, so nobody can hit «the daily cap» ten times before lunch. And the important part: everything the cap refuses is refused, not banked for tomorrow. Zero means no cap.
Per-point expiry
From 0 to 1825 days (five years). EVERY POINT CARRIES ITS OWN DATE: set 365 and a stamp collected today dies a year from today, not a year after the customer's last visit. The oldest go first, and the system checks daily. So a customer who comes every week loses nothing except the points that genuinely aged out. Zero means it never expires, and that is the default.
