Gifts and prepaid bundles

A gift brings you a new customer. Your customer gifts an earned prize or cups from their bundle to a friend by mobile number, or buys them a gift from your menu and pays online. The friend opens it in the Aloke Wallet app and spends it at your shop.

What it does

• Gift a prize. An earned prize gifted by mobile number with a message and a name or a nickname, and the receiver replies with one emoji.
• A paid gift. The customer buys an item from your menu as a gift for a friend and pays in the app through the payment gateway; it arrives as a bundle the friend spends with a QR code.
• Bundles. Like 30 cups of the coffee of the day at a set price, with or without an expiry; bundles stack, and the one expiring soonest is spent first.
• Gift from a bundle. The customer gives cups from their bundle to a friend, and a gift cannot be gifted again.
• Back to the sender. A gift not claimed within 14 days returns to whoever sent it.
• In Aloke POS and on the invoice. Selling a bundle issues its invoice, and spending goes through Aloke POS.

  Every shop whose programme you join becomes a card in your wallet: your stamps, points, prizes and bundles. From the same card you order and pay before you arrive, find your invoice, and send a friend a gift.

• Aloke Owners

  What you need to run your shop when you are away from it: today's numbers, orders, the menu, offers, staff, stock and the books, with an alert for everything that matters to you.

• Aloke Scan

  Your staff scan the customer's card code from their phone or Apple Wallet to add the visit, or to spend a prize or a cup from a bundle, and see the orders coming ahead and hand them over.

  Choose stamps, points or cashback, and make your prizes items from your own menu at your prices. Your customer carries your card in the Aloke Wallet app and in Apple Wallet, and it updates itself after every visit.

• Customer management

  Every member of your programme has a profile: visits, purchases, prizes, and your notes and tags. You group them into segments by conditions like «no visit in 30 days» and send them a notification.

• Offers and cashback

  You build an offer once and it works in Order Ahead, kerbside, Aloke POS and the kiosk. You choose who, when, how often, and whether it combines with others.
