Before opening
You see your day before you open the door.
You open Aloke Owners and see what needs your attention, the orders ahead, and the systems on each branch. The croissants are late? One tap marks them sold out for today, and they disappear from your menu, from Order Ahead and from the prizes.
One tap, and every selling screen in the branch knows.
On the way
Your customer orders and pays on the way.
They open your shop's card in the Aloke Wallet app, choose from your menu and pay with Apple Pay or a card. The order reaches you paid, with its own code, like A314.
You set the range in metres. Their location is never stored.
In the kitchen
Before they lock their phone, the order is in your kitchen.
It appears on the kitchen screen and on Aloke POS at the same moment. Nobody refreshes, nobody waits. A ticket for each station, and a screen that says what is ready and what is left.
The kitchen printer prints the ticket in your crew's language.
On arrival
Here? One scan hands it over, and the stamp adds itself.
Waiting in the car? They add their plate to the order, and your staff bring it out to the car. One scan of the order code in Aloke Scan, the order is handed over, and the stamp lands on their card at the same moment.
Kerbside pickup is yours to switch on for each branch, and to pause in a rush.
The lunch rush
The order and the payment on one screen.
Tap the item, pick its size and extras, and close with cash, card or both. If the customer is a member, their number sits at the top, with their cashback and gifts right under it.
Your staff work in their own language: Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali or Nepali.
The invoice
An electronic invoice for every sale, right in your customer's pocket.
With its serial number and QR code, and your commercial registration printed on it. If your business is VAT registered, it shows the tax on every line. Members find it under My Invoices in the app.
Every invoice stays on file with you, whenever you need it.
Setting the hall
Your hall on screen, table by table.
You draw your hall in Aloke as it is: round, square and long tables and booths, each in its place with its number of chairs. Every table gets its own QR code to print and set on it.
Your team sees the same hall on Aloke POS: which tables are open, and who called for a waiter.
In the hall
Your customers order and pay from their tables.
They scan the table's code, order and pay from their phone, and call a waiter with one tap when they need one. By the entrance, a self order screen serves anyone who would rather not queue, paid by QR code from their phone or at the counter.
A call for a waiter reaches your team the moment it is made.
Glimpses
A glimpse of your shop, above your customers' cards.
Post a photo or a clip of up to fifteen seconds in Glimpses from Aloke Owners: a cake out of the oven, a new item. It shows as a circle above your members' cards in Aloke Wallet, and removes itself within five days.
You trim the clip on your phone before it goes out.
In the evening
Visit after visit, your shop becomes their habit.
Stamps or points with your logo, and prizes you choose from your menu at your prices. The card lives in the Aloke Wallet app and in Apple Wallet, and updates itself. They can gift a prize to a friend by mobile number, and the friend collects it from you.
Your offers and cashback work on Order Ahead, kerbside orders and at the counter.
At closing
You close the shift with the count in front of you.
The float, the sales and the takings, with any difference written out for you. Stock went down with every sale, and the day's numbers are in your pocket, for each branch and for the whole brand. Every action carries the name of the employee who did it.
Every employee has their branch, their shift and their permissions, and joins with their mobile number.

The price is per branch, and in every system a year costs less than four quarters. There is no monthly subscription.
We keep no bank card, and a subscription ends on its date unless you ask to renew it. Prices are in Saudi riyals.

What is Aloke One?
Aloke One is one subscription per branch that brings together the loyalty programme, Aloke POS for selling and electronic invoices, Order Ahead and the online menu, to run restaurants, cafés and shops in Saudi Arabia from one place.
How much does Aloke One cost?
SAR 1,299 per branch every three months, or SAR 4,490 a year. There is no monthly plan and no setup fee, and the printed price is what you pay.
Can I subscribe to one system only?
Yes. Per branch, every three months: the loyalty programme SAR 399, Aloke POS SAR 999, and Order Ahead SAR 399, which needs Aloke POS. The online menu is free with any paid system.
Does Aloke POS issue electronic invoices?
Yes. Every sale gets an electronic invoice with a serial number and a QR code, with your commercial registration printed on it, and the tax on every line if your business is VAT registered. Member customers find it under My Invoices in the app.
Which devices does it run on?
Aloke POS runs on iPad, iPhone, Android and in the web browser, the kitchen screen on iPad, Android tablets and TV screens, and Aloke Owners on your phone.
Does my customer need an app?
No. Their card works in Aloke Wallet and in Apple Wallet, and a visit can be recorded with their mobile number alone. Ordering ahead is done from the Aloke Wallet app.
Does it work for more than one branch?
Yes. You run your branches from one console, one loyalty card serves your brand across every branch, and each branch has its own subscription at the same price.

Is my customers' data mine?
Yes. We sell nobody's data, there are no ads on Aloke, and we work under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
