Aloke Wallet: the cards of your favourite shops in one app

Every shop whose programme you join becomes a card in your wallet: your stamps, points, prizes and bundles. From the same card you order and pay before you arrive, find your invoice, and send a friend a gift.

What is in it

• A card for every shop. Stamps, points or cashback, earned prizes, your tier and your bundles, and you can add it to Apple Wallet.
• The menu and ordering. The shop's menu with photos and prices, and Order Ahead paid with Apple Pay or a card.
• From the car and the table. Add your car's plate, or scan the table's code to order and call a waiter.
• My Invoices. The invoices for what you bought at the shops you use, and you can leave a note on one.
• Gifts. Gift a prize, cups from your bundle, or a paid gift to a friend by mobile number.
• Appointments. Book at a salon or a clinic that uses Aloke.
• Shops in your city. Shops near you that run on Aloke, in your city.
• Your language. Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali and Nepali.

• The loyalty programme

  Choose stamps, points or cashback, and make your prizes items from your own menu at your prices. Your customer carries your card in the Aloke Wallet app and in Apple Wallet, and it updates itself after every visit.

• Order Ahead and kerbside

  Your customer opens your shop's card in Aloke Wallet, chooses from your menu and pays with Apple Pay or a card. The order reaches the kitchen screen and Aloke POS at the same moment, and one scan at pickup hands it over and adds the stamp.

• The dining hall and table ordering

  You draw your hall as it is: round, square and long tables and booths, each with a QR code to print. The guest scans it, orders and pays from their phone, and calls a waiter or asks for the bill with one tap.

• Gifts and bundles

  A gift brings you a new customer. Your customer gifts an earned prize or cups from their bundle to a friend by mobile number, or buys them a gift from your menu and pays online. The friend opens it in the Aloke Wallet app and spends it at your shop.

• Appointments and bookings

  Your services with their durations and prices, your team with their days and hours, and one engine that works out the free times for the front desk and for the customer in the app. A booking is free, takes a deposit, or is paid in full.
