What it does
- The simple way. Items with each item's ingredients, the stocktake and a stock movement report, with no screens you do not need.
- The advanced way. Suppliers, purchase orders, receiving, supplier invoices, transfers between branches, waste and production, switched on by Aloke for your brand.
- Cost. Weighted average cost, so you know what a dish costs and what it earns.
- «When to order?». A supplier lead time for each item, a 20% safety margin you can change, and the date to order before it runs out, with an alert to you and the people you allow.
- Quick purchases. A purchase from the shop next door is recorded with its receipt and reaches the stock and the books.
