Reward kinds
- On items. A special price or a percentage on chosen items, buy N get M, and a free item with the order.
- On the bill. A percentage with a cap, a fixed amount, an amount off every spend like 20 SAR off every 200, and tiered discounts.
- On the fee. The Order Ahead fee waived.
- After the bill. Cashback as a percentage or an amount onto the customer's card, bonus stamps or points, or a multiplier.
- Conditions. Everyone, first order, returning or chosen tiers; days and hours; a minimum order; branches; a coupon code; a budget; and uses per customer per day, week or month.
- Combined or exclusive. You choose whether an offer combines with others, and the order is fixed: items, then the bill, then the fee, then what goes back to the customer.
- Cashback as the programme. You can make your whole programme cashback in riyals on the card, with an expiry you set, spent in Aloke POS and in Order Ahead.

Every shop whose programme you join becomes a card in your wallet: your stamps, points, prizes and bundles. From the same card you order and pay before you arrive, find your invoice, and send a friend a gift.
Aloke Owners
What you need to run your shop when you are away from it: today's numbers, orders, the menu, offers, staff, stock and the books, with an alert for everything that matters to you.
Aloke POS
The selling screen in your shop: choose items and their extras, split the payment, issue the invoice, and print for the customer and the kitchen. Orders ahead and table orders reach it paid.

The loyalty programme
Choose stamps, points or cashback, and make your prizes items from your own menu at your prices. Your customer carries your card in the Aloke Wallet app and in Apple Wallet, and it updates itself after every visit.
Aloke POS
Tap the item, pick its size and extras, and close with cash, card or both. Aloke POS issues an electronic invoice for every sale, closes the shift with the difference written out, and takes stock down with every sale.
Order Ahead and kerbside
Your customer opens your shop's card in Aloke Wallet, chooses from your menu and pays with Apple Pay or a card. The order reaches the kitchen screen and Aloke POS at the same moment, and one scan at pickup hands it over and adds the stamp.
