Three gifts the system gives on its own with no cashier involved: the joining gift, the birthday gift and the referral gift. All three sit under «Advanced» on the «Basics» tab, all are optional, and zero means no gift. (Web)

Open «Advanced — automatic gifts, limits and the programme's terms».«Advanced» holds the automatic gifts and the limits. All of it optional.
Set the joining gift: stamps or points added the moment a customer joins.The joining gift: stamps added the moment a customer joins. 0 means no gift.
Set the birthday gift. It lands on their card on the day.The birthday gift lands on the customer's card on the day.
Set the referral gift. It pays both sides, inviter and invited, the moment the invited friend makes their FIRST registered visit at your shop.The referral gift goes to whoever invited a friend who actually joined.

The joining gift
From 0 to 500. Added once, at joining. Its best use: not starting the card at zero. A card with one stamp already on it gets finished far more often than an empty one.
The birthday gift
From 0 to 1000. Added on the customer's birthday, once a year. A customer may give us the day and month without the birth year if they would rather not share it.
Referral gift
0 to 1000. It pays only when the invited friend makes their first registered visit at your shop. The invitation alone is not enough, and even joining alone is not enough: the registered visit is what pays both sides. If the gift is 0 on the day they visit, the invitation stays on file and pays on their next visit after you switch it back on. And each customer can send at most ten invitations a day.
