What it does
- Services. A name in Arabic and English, a duration, a buffer after it, a price and a colour, and payment free, a deposit or in full.
- The team. Every provider is an employee with a weekly schedule and time off, and the customer picks a person or anyone free.
- Free times. One engine works them out for the desk and the app: a lead time, a horizon in days, and a cancellation policy.
- Payment. The deposit or the amount in the Aloke Wallet app through the payment gateway; a shop not yet approved for payouts books free.
- The desk. Confirm, arrived, no show, cancel and move, from the web and Aloke Owners.
- Loyalty optional. A visit adds a stamp if you want it to.

Every shop whose programme you join becomes a card in your wallet: your stamps, points, prizes and bundles. From the same card you order and pay before you arrive, find your invoice, and send a friend a gift.
Aloke Owners
What you need to run your shop when you are away from it: today's numbers, orders, the menu, offers, staff, stock and the books, with an alert for everything that matters to you.
Aloke Scan
Your staff scan the customer's card code from their phone or Apple Wallet to add the visit, or to spend a prize or a cup from a bundle, and see the orders coming ahead and hand them over.

The loyalty programme
Choose stamps, points or cashback, and make your prizes items from your own menu at your prices. Your customer carries your card in the Aloke Wallet app and in Apple Wallet, and it updates itself after every visit.
Staff and permissions
You add an employee by mobile number, choose their branches and permissions from a detailed list or a ready preset like counter staff or accountant, and set their shift. They sign in with their number and a code, and see only what you allowed.
