What it does

• Three kinds. Stamps, points per riyal, or cashback in riyals on the customer's balance. Switching between stamps and points converts every customer's balance at the same share.
• A prize ladder. Up to 24 prizes, each with its own cost, tied to items and options from your menu, and the customer chooses when to spend. Banked prizes never expire.
• Tiers. Up to six tiers by lifetime total, each with its own multiplier, card look and colours.
• Automatic gifts. A welcome gift on joining, a gift on the customer's birthday itself, and a referral reward paid after the friend's first visit.
• Double days and limits. A multiplier for days of the week, a minimum bill, a daily cap, and a gap between scans against repeats.
• Expiry for each stamp or point. If you set one, each stamp ages from the day it was earned and the oldest go first, while the customer's tier stays.
• A card in Apple Wallet. It shows the balance, the next prize and the tier, and updates itself after every visit, prize or gift.
• Card design. 33 palettes, 20 layouts, 25 patterns, 14 fonts, and 72 stamp marks, your logo, or a stamp from your own picture.
• One card for every branch. One membership and one balance across your brand's branches, with each branch switched on by you.
• Visits at the counter. By scanning the customer's code, good once for five minutes, or by their mobile number alone.
• Manual additions with a reason. For a customer coming from an old programme or as a goodwill gesture, under a permission only the owner gives, and reversible while unspent.

Does your customer need an app?

No. Their card works in the Aloke Wallet app and in Apple Wallet, and a visit can be recorded with their mobile number alone. If your customers are in another loyalty programme, the Aloke team helps you move their balances from a file.

  Your staff scan the customer's card code from their phone or Apple Wallet to add the visit, or to spend a prize or a cup from a bundle, and see the orders coming ahead and hand them over.

  Tap the item, pick its size and extras, and close with cash, card or both. Aloke POS issues an electronic invoice for every sale, closes the shift with the difference written out, and takes stock down with every sale.

  Every member of your programme has a profile: visits, purchases, prizes, and your notes and tags. You group them into segments by conditions like «no visit in 30 days» and send them a notification.

• Offers and cashback

  You build an offer once and it works in Order Ahead, kerbside, Aloke POS and the kiosk. You choose who, when, how often, and whether it combines with others.

• Gifts and bundles

  A gift brings you a new customer. Your customer gifts an earned prize or cups from their bundle to a friend by mobile number, or buys them a gift from your menu and pays online. The friend opens it in the Aloke Wallet app and spends it at your shop.
