Aloke Display: one device, six roles

Put up an iPad or an Android device, pair it with a six character code from Aloke Owners, and pick its role. It needs no account and no password.

The roles

• Menu board. Your menu with photos and prices on a screen.
• Customer screen. At the counter, the customer sees their order and the amount.
• Kitchen. Live tickets, started then ready, coloured by delay.
• Menu and kitchen together. For a small shop with one screen.
• Self order. The kiosk: takeaway or dine in, paid by QR code or at the counter.
• The floor. Table calls with a bell and a voice.

Systems

• The online menu and your shop page

  A page for your shop on menu.hwe.sa with a QR code, in Arabic and English, with your items, prices, photos, opening hours and branches. Every change reaches everywhere: the menu, Order Ahead, Aloke POS and the kitchen ticket.

• The dining hall and table ordering

  You draw your hall as it is: round, square and long tables and booths, each with a QR code to print. The guest scans it, orders and pays from their phone, and calls a waiter or asks for the bill with one tap.

• The kiosk and self order

  For anyone who would rather not queue: they choose from your menu on the screen, takeaway or dine in, and pay from their phone by QR code or at the counter. The order reaches the kitchen and Aloke POS.

• The kitchen screen and printing

  Before your customer locks their phone, the order is in your kitchen: it appears on the kitchen screen and in Aloke POS at the same moment, with a ticket for every station and a screen that says what has started and what is ready.
