With cashback there are no stamps or points. Every bill returns a share as riyals on the customer's card, which they spend on their next order at the till or in Pre-Order.
In basics choose «كاش باك — نسبة من الفاتورة ترجع رصيد» and type «نسبة الكاش باك من الفاتورة (%)» from 0.5 to 50. The default is 5.
Cashback expiry (days)
0 to 1825. Zero means it never expires; the soonest to expire is spent first.
Smallest balance that can be spent
0 to 1000 riyals.
Most of a bill payable by cashback
1 to 100; the default is 100.
Most cashback for one order
Zero means no limit.
To correct a customer's balance: open their file from members, type «تعديل الرصيد (ريال)» positive or negative, and «السبب» (the reason).
