Every member of your programme has a profile: visits, purchases, prizes, and your notes and tags. You group them into segments by conditions like «no visit in 30 days» and send them a notification.

What it does
- The customer profile. A timeline of visits, purchases, prizes and gifts, with your notes and tags.
- Segments. Conditions like last visit, number of visits, tier or an item they bought; a segment stores the question, so its members are counted at send time.
- Analysis. Recency, frequency and value, and who is coming less.
- Notifications. A message to your customers or one segment, reviewed by the Aloke team before it goes, once a week, and only to those who agreed to notifications.
- Complaints and suggestions. From the Aloke Wallet app, even on one invoice with the lines that went wrong marked, with a 24 hour response target.
- Reviews. From customers who really bought, one review each, with the average shown on your menu page past a minimum.
- «Glimpses». Short stories from your shop shown to your customers in the app for up to five days.

Gifts and bundles
A gift brings you a new customer. Your customer gifts an earned prize or cups from their bundle to a friend by mobile number, or buys them a gift from your menu and pays online. The friend opens it in the Aloke Wallet app and spends it at your shop.
