A café lives on the customer who comes back. Aloke gives them a card to collect their cups, lets them order coffee from the car and gift a cup to a friend, while you sell and issue invoices from Aloke POS.
A day in a café running on Aloke
In the morning, your customer orders from the car and pays in the app, and the order is on the barista's screen before they arrive. They added their plate, so your staff know the car.
At noon, a new guest scans the table code, orders and pays from their phone, and joins your programme if they agree.
In the evening, you open Aloke Owners, see who has not visited in a month, and send them an offer by notification.

The loyalty programme
Choose stamps, points or cashback, and make your prizes items from your own menu at your prices. Your customer carries your card in the Aloke Wallet app and in Apple Wallet, and it updates itself after every visit.
Aloke POS
Tap the item, pick its size and extras, and close with cash, card or both. Aloke POS issues an electronic invoice for every sale, closes the shift with the difference written out, and takes stock down with every sale.
The online menu and your shop page
A page for your shop on menu.hwe.sa with a QR code, in Arabic and English, with your items, prices, photos, opening hours and branches. Every change reaches everywhere: the menu, Order Ahead, Aloke POS and the kitchen ticket.
Order Ahead and kerbside
Your customer opens your shop's card in Aloke Wallet, chooses from your menu and pays with Apple Pay or a card. The order reaches the kitchen screen and Aloke POS at the same moment, and one scan at pickup hands it over and adds the stamp.
Offers and cashback
You build an offer once and it works in Order Ahead, kerbside, Aloke POS and the kiosk. You choose who, when, how often, and whether it combines with others.
Gifts and bundles
A gift brings you a new customer. Your customer gifts an earned prize or cups from their bundle to a friend by mobile number, or buys them a gift from your menu and pays online. The friend opens it in the Aloke Wallet app and spends it at your shop.
