Designing the card

Banner, logo, font, and colours.

The loyalty card is the thing that lives on your customer's phone. You design it here, and the preview above the fields IS the card that reaches them: the same colour rules, the same layout, not an approximation.

  1. In the Aloke Owners app, open «Loyalty programme» from the home screen, then «Card and tiers». (iPhone and iPad, Android)
«Card and tiers»: the design, the stamp and the tiers.

  2. Open the «Card and tiers» tab. The preview sits at the top, watch it as you change things. (Web)

Background colour
The card's own background. Unset, it takes your brand colour from your page; with no brand colour it takes Aloke's.
Text colour
The colour of your shop's name on the card.
Accent colour
The colour the small details take.
Logo backing
The colour of the plate behind your logo. Unset, the system picks white or near-black on its own so the mark reads, and a colourful logo is never repainted; the plate flips instead.
