The order is ready and the customer has not arrived. You have two options: remind them, or record a no-show. The customer paid when they ordered, so there is nothing to wait out. Both buttons are live from the first minute. Start with the reminder.
In the Aloke Owners app, open «Pre-Order» from the home screen, then «Orders». (iPhone and iPad, Android)«Orders»: today's paid orders and their state.
On the kitchen screen, press the reminder button on the order. It is live from the moment the order is placed. Nothing to wait for, no number to configure.«Remind them», a gentle nudge instead of a ban. It only wakes once the no-show timer is up, and it says underneath how many reminders are left on that order.
The customer gets a warm push: their order is ready and waiting for them, or their order is waiting, depending on its state.
Reminders left
Three per order at most, and the button shows you how many are left.
When it lights again
Five minutes between reminders. The system tells you when the next one is due, and once the three are spent there is no next time; they are gone.
