The customer orders on the way, collects at the door and pays you at the counter. There is no card payment and no commission on the order.
From order to hand-over
The order runs like this: the customer picks the branch, then the items from that branch's menu, and gets a short number like A123 plus a code your cashier can scan. It appears on your kitchen screen; you press «Order ready» and a notification reaches them; when they arrive you scan their code and hand it over.
The short number
A letter and three digits, unique per branch per day. It is what you call out, and the letters are chosen so none of them can be confused with another or with a digit.
The order's code
The code your cashier scans at hand-over. Valid for the order's whole life.
