Designing the order card

The loyalty card's own tools: colours, logo, font and layout, and they stay if you add loyalty later.

A branch with Pre-Order and no loyalty programme finds «بطاقة الطلب» (Order card) under Pre-Order. It is the loyalty card's own design tools, without the stamps and the tiers.

1. In the panel open «الطلب المسبق» (Pre-Order), then «بطاقة الطلب» (Order card), pick the colours, logo, font and layout, then save. (Web)
2. In the Aloke Owners app, open «Orders & sales» from «Every section» on the home screen, then «Card design». (iPhone and iPad, Android)

What the customer sees

With no order: an «اطلب» (Order) tag on the card. With an order: «طلبك» (Your order) and its number, with a tag for its state: «بانتظار الدفع» (Awaiting payment), «يُحضَّر» (Preparing) or «جاهز» (Ready).
