Pre-Order is sold on its own, at its own price. If your branch runs no loyalty programme, your customer joins an «order card» in your shop's design from Aloke Wallet, with no stamps and no welcome gift, and orders ahead or from the car and pays in the app.
Payment
Every order is paid in the app through the payment gateway, and the money reaches your account. Your «حساب التحصيل» (payout account) has to be approved before anyone can order.
The invoice
Aloke issues the electronic invoice for every paid order, even without Aloke POS, and the customer finds it in «فواتيري» (My invoices).
The paper
A print station prints the order's receipt and kitchen ticket on your printer: an iPad, an Android device or a Windows PC in the shop.
Getting it ready and handing it over
From the Aloke Owners app or the panel: «جاهز» (Ready) when the order is done, then hand it over by scanning the order's code or by tapping it.
