Your customer orders and pays from the car and staff carry it out to the plate, and at a rush you pause it with one tap.

Order from the car

Your customer can order off your menu and pay while sitting in the car, and pick the car's plate. The order reaches the kitchen like any Pre-Order, and when it is ready a member of staff carries it out to the car.

1. In the Aloke Owners app, open «Pre-Order» from the home screen, then «Pre-Order settings». (iPhone and iPad, Android)

   

2. Switch it on in the loyalty console: open Pre-Order settings, set «Order from the car» to on, type the car-order range in metres, the farthest the car may be from the branch, and save.

The plate is drawn like the real one on the car, numbers and letters in Arabic and English, on the kitchen screen, on the Cashier's orders and kitchen ticket, and on the invoice, with the customer's own description of the car when they wrote one.

1. Busy and nobody can step out to the cars? From «Orders» or the Cashier, pause it for a quarter of an hour, half an hour, an hour or two, or until you resume it. The choice leaves your customers' app at once.

The customer keeps their plates on their account and names them, «Family car», say, and can correct them or add another. Their first car order saves the plate for them, and it is offered at every Aloke shop that takes car orders.
