Staff
Each branch has its own staff with their own grants. A staffer at one branch stamps there under that branch's set, and has nothing to do with another's figures.
Today's stock
«Sold out today» is per branch. Croissants that ran out at one location disappear from that location only.
The end-of-month account
Every visit and every prize is recorded against the branch it happened at, and out of that comes the settlement: who pays whom, and how much.
