AlokeDocuments: contracts and the operations manual
Upload the contract, an addendum, a licence or the operations manual, for one franchisee or for all of them.

«المستندات» (Documents) is where your network's papers live: each franchisee's contract, its addenda and licences, and the operations manual everyone works by. The files are stored encrypted, and only you, the people you grant, and the franchisee you share one with can open them.
- In the Aloke Owners app, open «Branches & franchises» from «Every section» on the home screen, then «Documents». (iPhone and iPad, Android)
- On the web: «الفروع والامتياز» in the rail, then «المستندات» (Documents). (Web)
- Press «ارفع مستندًا» (Upload a document) and choose the file: a PDF, or a JPEG or PNG picture, up to 15 MB.
- Type «العنوان» (the title) and pick its kind: contract, addendum, operations manual, licence, or other.
- Choose who it is for: «كل أصحاب الامتياز» (every franchisee) or one agreement. Leave «يراه صاحب الامتياز» (the franchisee can see it) on if you want it on their page.
