My franchise: running a franchise location

Accepting the invitation, the legal file, the monthly statement, and your location's subscription and invoices.

A brand owner invited you to run one of its locations? Sign in to Aloke Owners with the mobile number the text reached. The invitation shows above everything with its terms: press «اقبل الدعوة» (accept) or «اعتذر» (decline).

After you accept, the location is yours to run. You run it with the brand's programme, menu, prices and customers, and you manage your staff, till, orders and books, and mark items sold out under «نفذ اليوم». The menu, prices, programme and marketing are the brand owner's.

1. In the Aloke Owners app, open «Branches & franchises» from «Every section» on the home screen, then «Franchises». (iPhone and iPad, Android)
2. On the web: «الفروع والامتياز» in the rail, then «امتيازي» (My franchise). (Web)
3. Press «ارفع الملف القانوني» (file your legal details) and type «الاسم القانوني للمنشأة» (company legal name) and «الآيبان» (IBAN), «الرقم الضريبي إن وجد» (VAT number if any) and «العنوان الوطني» (national address), then «أرسل للمراجعة». Aloke records the commercial registration from your company's papers during the review.

Monthly statement

The same statement the brand owner reads: the base, the royalty, marketing and monthly fee, and what you owe.

2. On the web: «امتيازي», then «الفواتير والاشتراك» (Bills and subscription). (Web)

«الفواتير والاشتراك» shows your location's Aloke subscription and its end date, who pays it under your agreement, the pay links waiting for you, and every invoice issued for your location, which you open and print or save.
