Branches & franchises permissions for your employees
Four permissions that hand an employee the network, the franchises or the royalties, across every location of your brand.
Aloke Owners
Web, iPhone and iPad, Android
You can hand your network to an employee or a manager without giving them your account. The permission is granted at any of your branches and covers the network's pages for every location.
In the Aloke Owners app, open «Team» from «Every section» on the home screen, then «Employees». (iPhone and iPad, Android)
On the web: «الفريق» (Team) in the rail, then «الموظفون» (Employees). (Web)
Open the employee or invite a new one, and under «الفروع والامتياز» (Branches & franchises) pick their permissions:
View branches & franchises
Reads the overview, locations, performance, settlements, quality visits and notices, without changing them.
Manage branches & quality
Edits locations' details, runs quality visits and checklists and checks actions, and sends notices.
Franchises & agreements
Franchisees and agreements: invitations, terms, the term, documents, cancelling and ending.
Royalties
The monthly statements, and recording and voiding payments.
