Branches & franchises: your whole network in one place

An overview of all your locations: their figures, what needs you today, royalties, and the top sellers.

«الفروع والامتياز» (Branches & franchises) is a whole section for running your brand: the branches you run yourself, and the franchise locations their franchisees run. It has three groups: «الشبكة» (Network: overview, locations, performance, settlements), «الامتياز» (Franchising: franchisees, agreements, documents, royalties), and «الجودة والتواصل» (Quality and notices: quality visits, notices).

1. In the Aloke Owners app, open «Branches & franchises» from «Every section» on the home screen, then «Overview». (iPhone and iPad, Android)
2. On the web: «الفروع والامتياز» in the rail, then «نظرة عامة» (Overview). (Web)
3. Choose the period: this month, last month, the last 30 or 90 days, this quarter or this year. Every figure compares itself with the period before, and the arrow tells you whether it went up or down.

The figures

Register sales without VAT, the average ticket, Pre-Order sales, visits, new members and complaints, for the whole network added up.

What needs you

Alerts in order of weight: an overdue royalty, an agreement ending within 90 days, a legal file not filed, a location with no quality visit in 90 days, a failed visit, an invitation waiting. Press an alert and the page where you fix it opens.

Your locations ranked by sales.

Your shop is not in a brand yet? The page opens on «ابدأ شبكتك» (Start your network): type «اسم العلامة» (the brand name) and press «أنشئ العلامة» (Create the brand), and this location becomes the home one. You can change the name later with «تعديل اسم العلامة» (Rename the brand).
