Every branch under «Your brands and locations» carries a badge saying exactly where it stands. Five states, each with one meaning and one next move.
Open «Your brands and locations» at the top of the console. The badge sits on every branch's row, beside its name.The badge on every branch row says its state: awaiting our approval, free trial, active, expiring, or subscription ended.
A branch reading «expiring» or «subscription ended»? Open its console. The renew box sits above it with your branch's price and the request button.
Awaiting our approval
The ownership claim is with us for review. The branch shows in your brand from the moment you submit, but it grants nothing yet. We review by hand and tell you on your mobile. No need to file it again.
Free trial: so many days left
The branch is approved and its 30-day trial is running; the badge counts the days. Everything works in full, the last day reads «last day», and that day itself works whole.
Active
The subscription is running with road left. Nothing to do.
Expiring / ends in so many days
The last 14 days of a subscription or a trial. This is the window the renewal request opens in. Ask now, not on the last night.
Subscription ended: read only
The branch's console reads and does not write, and its till stops recording new visits. Your customers lost nothing. Their cards and balances stay and they redeem as normal. The full detail is in «When a subscription ends — and renewing».
