Four groups and a call list, and what to do with each group.

Web, iPhone and iPad, Android
«Customers drifting away» is the card that jumps above everything else the moment somebody has not come for a month. It is the only card on this screen whose output is a phone call rather than an observation.
In the Aloke Owners app, open «Your customers» from the home screen, then «Dashboard». (iPhone and iPad, Android)«Dashboard»: your numbers.
Find it on «the dashboard». It is the first card when there are drifting customers, and sits lower down with the rest when there are none.Four groups, each carrying what those people actually spent: «never» is not «90+»: they joined and never came back.
Read the four groups. Each carries how many people and what they actually spent with you, and that second number is what tells you whether the group is worth phoning.Four groups, each carrying what those people actually spent: «never» is not «90+»: they joined and never came back.
Drop to «the most valuable of them»: name, mobile, days since, and what they spent. That is a call list, already sorted by value. The most valuable of them by name and mobile. This is a call list, not a chart.
30 to 59 days
Still close. A message or a call brings most of them back, and they do not need a discount.
60 to 89 days
Genuinely drifting. Here a small offer or a gift from your menu is worth it.
90 days and more
Nearly gone. Do not spend more on them than you would spend winning a new customer.
Joined and never came back
A different failure entirely: these signed up at your counter and never returned once. You lost them at the moment they joined: so the problem is how the programme was explained, or the first prize, not reminding them.
