This screen tells you, on the screen itself, what it cannot answer. Not out of modesty: an owner acting on an invented number is worse off than an owner with no number. And knowing the limits is what lets you trust the rest.

Your shop's sales
We see the amounts a till typed on loyalty visits, and nothing else. A customer who did not present a card is invisible, and a shop with «record the bill amount» switched off records no amount at all.
Counter items in an amount-only shop
The mini point of sale and prepaid units are the only two things that record items at the counter. Anything else is one number with no breakdown.
Profit and cost
We store no cost price for any dish, so we can compute neither profit nor margin.
Menu visitor to member
The menu-visitor counter is anonymous by construction, for privacy. We can count it and can never join it to a person. So reach and joins are two numbers, never one funnel.
Who opened your message
We record how many devices received the notification. We do not know who opened it or what they did next, and we cannot.
Why a customer went cold
Or where they went instead. No data answers that question, phone them and ask.
New customers per branch
Membership belongs to the whole brand and lives at the home branch, so the only datable thing is a customer's first appearance anywhere in the brand. Counting it per branch would make one person «new» several times over.
What old prizes were redeemed on
A redemption with no recorded choice, on a rung that was not linked to the menu, names no dish, so it counts as a redemption and stays out of the item lists.
Anything about non-members
This is a loyalty dashboard. Anybody who has not joined your programme does not exist in it.
