What sells: two channels that are never added

Order-ahead is one question, the counter is another. Adding them gives you a wrong number.

«What sells» is two columns side by side: what people order from their phone before arriving, and what they buy standing at the counter. They are two different questions. The first is a choice made at leisure with no queue behind it, the second a choice made in half a minute with people waiting.

  1. In the Aloke Owners app, open «Your customers» from the home screen, then «Dashboard». (iPhone and iPad, Android)

  3. Pick what you are measuring from «count»: «what we actually handed over» answers what left your kitchen; «everything they ordered» adds the orders nobody came for.

Order before you arrive
The items inside orders placed ahead. This list is complete. Every line of every advance order appears in it.
The counter
Items recorded through the mini point of sale, plus prepaid units that were spent. Beyond those two we see no items at the counter at all.
A variant is its own product
«Coffee of the day — Ethiopian» and «coffee of the day — Colombian» rank separately, because they are two things you buy separately.
