A gift off the menu
Your customer can buy a friend a gift off your menu and pay in the Aloke Wallet, Apple Pay or a card. The money lands in your payout account exactly as a Pre-Order's does, and the gift reaches the friend with the giver's name and their note.
From your shop's card in the wallet: «Gift», then «Buy a gift off the menu». They pick the dishes, type the friend's number or pick them from their friends, write a note, and pay.
The friend finds it on their card at your shop like any package: they press «Use», a QR code appears, you scan it at the till and hand over what it holds. One dish at a time, or all at once.
Want it off? In the loyalty console's prepaid packages section, switch paid gifts from the Aloke app off and save. The button leaves your shop's card, and gifts already paid for are served as usual.
