Members

Everyone who joined, and every row opens its owner's full profile.

Everyone who joined your programme: name, mobile, balance and visit count, with each member's tier and your tags riding their row. Owner-only: no permission you grant shows staff this list.

  1. In the Aloke Owners app, open «Your customers» from the home screen, then «Members». (iPhone and iPad, Android)

  2. Open the «Members» tab under the «customers» group. (Web)

  3. Press any member and their full profile opens: their numbers, what they buy, and your notes on them. The list is now the door to the profiles, and the «customer profile» article walks through what is behind it.
