The kitchen and pre-orders

Tickets from started to collected, and orders ahead and from the car.

1. An order goes to the kitchen by itself before the invoice when the kitchen is on. In «المطبخ» move it: started, ready, collected.

   

2. «الطلبات المسبقة»: ready, hand over (or served to the table), remind, and no-show, then close the order.

   

3. Orders from the car: when busy, pause them for 15 or 30 minutes, an hour, two, or until you resume, then «استئناف».
4. On the web it is the same from «الطلبات المسبقة» in the side rail, with pausing car orders when busy. (Web)

   

5. Customer here to collect? Scan their code, the pre-order opens, and press «تسليم وإصدار الفاتورة».
