How to bring your old customers across without anyone losing anything.

Your old customers hold stamps on paper cards. Tell them «start from zero» and you lose your most loyal people. Carry their balance across once.

1. Pick the same kind and the same number of stamps as the paper card, so nobody is confused.
2. When a customer brings their card, add their stamps from «add by hand» with the reason «balance from the previous loyalty programme», and keep the paper card or tear it up in front of them.
3. A completed card is added as a prize, and the rest as stamps.
