1. «التفاصيل», then the invoices at this shop. Each has its items, VAT and «مشاركة الفاتورة».

   

2. «عندي ملاحظة على هذه الفاتورة» opens a complaint and flags the item.
3. «التقييم والشكاوى»: rate the shop and «انشر التقييم», or «شكوى أو اقتراح جديد», then «أرسل للمحل».
