Getting started
Web, iPhone and iPad, Android
After payment the Aloke team reviews your details and documents. We aim to finish within 48 hours, and you can follow everything from the subscription page and the bell.
Awaiting payment
The application arrived and is not paid yet.
Awaiting verification
Payment arrived and the application waits its turn.
Under review
An Aloke employee is reviewing it now.
Correction needed
We need one more detail or document. Open the application, fix what is asked, and press «إعادة الإرسال».
Active
The review is done and your systems are ready.
Rejected
The application was not accepted; the reason is written on it.
When your account is activated you get the text «تم تفعيل حسابك» and see «تم تفعيل حسابك بنجاح». Press «الدخول إلى لوحة التحكم». (Web)
