Each system asks for different documents, and Aloke One asks for everything its systems need. Whatever is already in your business file shows under «موجود في ملف منشأتك» and you do not upload it again.
Loyalty
The commercial registration number (ten digits) and its document, and the manager's name, mobile and email.
Point of sale
All of the above, plus the legal business name, the national address and the question «هل المنشأة مسجلة في ضريبة القيمة المضافة؟». If you answer yes: the VAT number (15 digits starting and ending with 3) and the VAT certificate.
Pre-Order
The POS documents, plus the manager's ID, the IBAN that receives your order money, the bank, the account holder's name in Arabic and English, and the IBAN certificate.
