Activating the branch with ZATCA

For a VAT registered business: the activation code from the Fatoora portal.

A VAT registered branch issues no invoice before it is activated with ZATCA. Until then the register shows that the branch cannot issue an invoice yet.

1. Sign in to the Fatoora portal on ZATCA's site and generate an activation code for the device.
2. In the register press «فعّل الآن», type the code into «رمز التفعيل من بوابة فاتورة», then «فعّل الجهاز».
3. You see that the branch can issue invoices now, and the certificate's expiry date. Press «تم».

1. Following invoices with ZATCA: «الإدارة», then «هيئة الزكاة والضريبة». You see what awaits ZATCA, what is late or rejected, «إعادة إصدار», and «افحص السلسلة الآن».
