The shift report, X and Z

Payment methods, where the money is, the expected cash and how it adds up, the items, and each person.

The X report is the shift while it is open; the Z report is the same report after the close, frozen for good. Every figure in it is the server's; the till computes nothing itself.

  1. Open «Shift». The sales come first: «Gross sales», «Refunds», «Net sales», discounts and VAT, then the cash. (iPhone and iPad, Android)

At the branch during the shift
The whole branch from the shift's open to its close: Pre-Order and kiosk money and where it was paid, refunds, the payment gateway with Aloke's commission, and the loyalty. With more than one till open, it shows on each till's report.
The automatic close
A shift closed at the owner's hour shows the time and the latest «Cash counted». With the safe on it shows what was left in the drawer by the automatic close, and the next shift counts it.
