The drawer and closing the shift

Drawer moves, quick purchases, the X and Z reports.

1. «الوردية» holds the live X report: sales so far.

   

2. «حركات الدرج»: open the drawer, money in, money out, or a drop, with the amount and reason, then «سجّل». (iPhone and iPad, Android)
3. «مشتريات سريعة»: something bought from the drawer (ice, milk…). Type the amount and what it was, photograph the seller's invoice, and add it to stock if you like.
4. End of the day: «إقفال الوردية», type «النقد المعدود» (counted cash), then «أقفل الوردية».
5. The Z report shows the difference between expected and counted cash. «اطبع تقرير Z».
6. On the web: «حركة درج» (open only, pay in, pay out, to the safe), and «إقفال الوردية», then «طباعة تقرير الوردية». (Web)
