Who sees the documents and who gets the reminder

Two separate permissions: the business's papers, and the employees' personal papers.

The business owner sees every paper and gets every reminder. From «الموظفون» (Employees) you grant two separate permissions that only the shop's owner can grant:

Licences & documents

The business's papers: registration, municipality, Civil Defense, Zakat, contracts and vehicles.

Employees' documents

Employees' iqamas, passports, work permits and health certificates.

A permission is granted at a branch: whoever holds it at a branch sees that branch's papers and gets their reminders; whoever holds it at the main branch sees the whole business's papers and can add types and change the reminder days.
