«الوثائق الحكومية» (Government documents) keeps all your business's papers in one place: the yearly CR data confirmation, the municipal licence, the Civil Defense certificate, the Zakat and VAT certificates, the lease, the vehicles, and your employees' papers: iqama, passport, work permit, health certificate and medical insurance. Each paper has its number, its issue date and its expiry date; a file is optional.

1. In the Aloke Owners app, open «Government documents» from «Every section» on the home screen, then «Overview». (iPhone and iPad, Android)

Overview

What has expired and what expires within 30 days, the year ahead month by month, and common papers you have not added yet.

Types & reminders

Your own types and the reminder days.

The reminder reaches you as a notification in the Aloke Owners app and in «التنبيهات» (Notifications), and shows on the home under «تجديد الوثائق» (Documents to renew): 90, 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before, on the day, then every week until you renew it or archive it. The iqama and the health certificate start at 60 days, the passport at 180.
