What each app does, who uses it, and where to get it.
Getting started
Web, iPhone and iPad, Android
Aloke is not one app. It is five apps on one account, each for a different person in your shop. You sign in to all of them with your mobile number and a code sent by text message, with no password.
Aloke Owners
For you and your branch manager. Set up the menu, loyalty, branches and staff, and follow customers, sales and your subscription. It runs on iPhone and Android, and on the web at owner.hwe.sa.
Aloke POS
The point of sale: sell, take payment, print the invoice and the kitchen ticket, and open and close shifts. It runs on iPad and Android, and on the web at pos.hwe.sa.
Aloke Scan
For the staff who stamp cards: scan the customer's code, record the visit and hand over prizes. It runs on iPhone and Android, and on the web at owner.hwe.sa/till.
Aloke Display
For the shop's screens: the kitchen screen, the self order kiosk, the hall screen, the menu board and the screen facing the customer at the till. You pair it once with a code, and it needs no account.
Aloke Wallet
For your customers: loyalty cards, prizes, gifts, ordering ahead and invoices on their phone.
On iPhone: Aloke Wallet is in the App Store now. The other four apps are with Apple for review, and until they are out, use each one's web version. (iPhone and iPad)
