Your first day after activation

The order we recommend: the menu, the programme, staff, devices and screens, then your first customer.

Your account is ready, and these steps get your shop working on day one. Each step has a detailed article in its app.

1. Build the menu: sections, items, prices and photos. In Aloke Owners, under «قائمتك».
2. Set up loyalty: the kind (stamps, points or cashback), the prizes and the card's look. Under «برنامج الولاء».
3. Add your staff from «الموظفون» and tick each one's permissions. They receive a text with the sign in link.
4. If you have the POS: pair the till device and the printer, and open the first shift. If you have a kitchen screen or a kiosk, pair it from «ربط الشاشات».
5. Print the QR card and put it at the counter and on tables, so customers join from Aloke Wallet.
