In «النقد والخزنة» open «الإيداعات البنكية», then «إيداع جديد», type the amount, and pick «الحساب البنكي» or type «البنك».
One step
Deposited now: give «رقم إيصال الإيداع» or attach «صورة إيصال الإيداع»; the amount leaves the safe and lands in the bank at once.
Two steps
Prepare the bag: the amount leaves the safe and stays «في الطريق للبنك». When the slip comes back, press «تأكيد الإيداع» and type what the bank received.
If the bank received less or more, give the reason, and beyond what is allowed a manager's code. The difference is booked as short or over; it never disappears.
Not deposited after all? «إلغاء» with the reason, and the amount goes back to the safe.
