One line saying what is in it and how big it is. That is all it takes, and the description your customer reads is the one Aloke reads too, and answers with when somebody asks about the dish.
«Double-shot latte, 240ml, fresh milk» tells a customer everything. «An exceptional coffee experience» tells them nothing, and gives Aloke nothing to answer a question with.
Write what gets asked
Write what people ask about: the size, how sweet it is, how hot, how many pieces, whether it feeds two. These are asked at your counter twenty times a day. Every one you write down is a question you no longer answer.
