«مكتبة الوسائط» (Media library) holds every picture you uploaded for your brand: dish photos, the logo and banner, the loyalty card's pictures, stamps and wallet strip, and your documents: contracts and files in PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. One library for your whole brand, seen from every branch.

1. In the Aloke Owners app, open «Media library» from «Every section» on the home screen, then «All files». (iPhone and iPad, Android)
2. On the web: «مكتبة الوسائط» (Media library) in the rail, under «القائمة والصفحة» (Menu & page). (Web)

All your pictures and documents.

Item photos

The photos of your menu dishes.

Pictures you uploaded straight to the library.

Documents

Your contracts and files. They open for you and for anyone holding the «منشأتك» (Your business) permission.

Storage

How much of your library's space you use, by kind.

1. Press «ارفع صورة» (Upload a picture) or «ارفع مستند» (Upload a document), or drag and drop the files onto the page on the web. Each picture is prepared automatically at the right size for where you file it.
2. Press any file to open its details: change its name, category and folder, write the picture's description in Arabic and English, see «مستخدم في» (Used in) for where it shows, and press «أزل الخلفية» (Remove background) for a copy without its background.
3. Keep your files in folders: «مجلد جديد» (New folder); press a folder again to rename or delete it; its files stay in the library.
4. «تحديد» (Select) lets you pick several files and move them to a folder, change their category, or delete them at once.
