## Aloke One (ألوكي ون)

* What it is: One subscription per branch that runs restaurants, cafés and shops. (اشتراكٌ واحد لكل فرع يشغّل المطاعم والمقاهي والمحلات)
* Includes: The loyalty programme, Aloke POS, Order Ahead and the online menu.
* Price: SAR 1,299 per branch every three months, or SAR 4,490 a year. The price is per branch, and in every system a year costs less than four quarters. There is no monthly subscription.
* No setup fee: Per branch, every three months or every year. Nothing is added to it, and there is no setup fee.
* Devices: iPad, iPhone, Android and the web browser.
* Languages: Arabic and English, and for your crew Urdu, Hindi, Bengali and Nepali.

* 6:45 AM, Before opening: You see your day before you open the door.
* 7:10 AM, On the way: Your customer orders and pays on the way.
* 7:11 AM, In the kitchen: Before they lock their phone, the order is in your kitchen.
* 7:24 AM, On arrival: Here? One scan hands it over, and the stamp adds itself.
* 12:30 PM, The lunch rush: The order and the payment on one screen.
* 12:31 PM, The invoice: An electronic invoice for every sale, right in your customer's pocket.
* 3:45 PM, Setting the hall: Your hall on screen, table by table.

* Aloke Scan (ألوكي سكان): Your staff's screen: scan the customer's code, record the visit, hand over the prize and the order.

### What is Aloke One?

### How much does Aloke One cost?

SAR 1,299 per branch every three months, or SAR 4,490 a year. There is no monthly plan and no setup fee, and the printed price is what you pay.

### Can I subscribe to one system only?

Yes. Per branch, every three months: the loyalty programme SAR 399, Aloke POS SAR 999, and Order Ahead SAR 399, which needs Aloke POS. The online menu is free with any paid system.

### Does Aloke POS issue electronic invoices?

Yes. Every sale gets an electronic invoice with a serial number and a QR code, with your commercial registration printed on it, and the tax on every line if your business is VAT registered. Member customers find it under My Invoices in the app.

### Which devices does it run on?

Aloke POS runs on iPad, iPhone, Android and in the web browser, the kitchen screen on iPad, Android tablets and TV screens, and Aloke Owners on your phone.

### Does my customer need an app?

No. Their card works in Aloke Wallet and in Apple Wallet, and a visit can be recorded with their mobile number alone. Ordering ahead is done from the Aloke Wallet app.

### Does it work for more than one branch?

Yes. You run your branches from one console, one loyalty card serves your brand across every branch, and each branch has its own subscription at the same price.

### How do I start?

Register your business and branches on the join page, choose your systems and pay, and our team reviews your application by hand; then you start from your console.

### Is my customers' data mine?

Yes. We sell nobody's data, there are no ads on Aloke, and we work under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
